Most of our kitchen remodels land between $45,000 and $80,000 for a full renovation within existing walls. Cabinet-and-counter refreshes start near $28,000, and open-concept projects that remove a wall typically run $80,000 and up.
Six to ten weeks on site once permits are approved and cabinets are delivered. The cabinet order itself is usually the longest wait — four to eight weeks before we break ground.
Almost always. We set up dust containment, keep a path to the rest of the house clear, and can help you rig a temporary sink, fridge, and microwave station.
Yes. We pull township building, plumbing, and electrical permits and schedule every inspection as part of our scope.
Yes. Load-bearing walls need an engineered beam and permit drawings, which we coordinate before demolition so the schedule does not stall.
Either way. Most clients use our cabinet and stone suppliers for warranty and scheduling reasons, but we will install owner-supplied materials if you prefer.
