Yes. Containment walls, negative air machines, and off-hours sequencing let most practices stay open through construction.
How long does a medical office buildout take?
A typical suite runs 10–16 weeks after permits, depending on imaging, med gas, and long-lead equipment.
Do you handle lead-lined imaging rooms?
We install lead-lined walls, doors, and view windows, and coordinate the physicist survey required for sign-off.
Who manages health department inspections?
We do — permits, building inspections, and health department review are part of our scope.
Do you work with our architect?
Yes, and we can bring one in. We review drawings for constructability before the first inspection.
