Tell us what you want to build. We’ll walk the site, talk through what’s realistic, and send a written scope and price — no cost, no obligation, no high-pressure sales visit.
Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm. We answer our own phone.
Photos and plans welcome — attach whatever you have.
Site visits are usually scheduled within a week.
The more you tell us here, the more useful our first conversation is. Nothing on this form commits you to anything.
Same business day, to hear what you are planning and answer first questions.
Usually within a week. We measure, photograph, and flag anything that will affect cost.
Line by line, with named materials and allowances you can actually compare.
No follow-up pressure. If the timing or budget is not right, we will tell you that too.

We’d rather set expectations honestly than win a job and disappoint you in month three.
A walkthrough and a written scope cost you nothing. Detailed pricing on a large renovation takes us one to two weeks to do properly.
Interior work typically starts four to eight weeks out. Spring and summer exterior calendars fill by late winter.
If your project is smaller than what we do well, or better suited to a specialty trade, we will say so and point you somewhere useful.
Yes. The site visit and the written scope cost you nothing and carry no obligation. We only charge for design work if a project needs architectural drawings before it can be priced.
Most walkthroughs are scheduled within a week of your call. If you have a hard deadline — a closing, a move-in, a practice opening — tell us and we will work around it.
A few days for a bathroom or a deck; one to two weeks for a whole-home renovation or an addition, because we price those from real subcontractor numbers rather than guesses.
Space planning and selections guidance are included. When a project needs stamped architectural or structural drawings, those are quoted separately and credited toward the build in most cases.
No. The person who walks your project is the person who will manage it. We do not use commissioned sales staff or one-visit pricing tactics.
Nothing formal. Photos of what you like, any drawings or prior quotes, a rough budget range, and a list of what bothers you most about the space now.
Not sure if we cover your town? Call and ask — we travel for the right project.
