Newpro Construction was founded in 2006 by George Sensale, after 11 years working in the trades for other people. The pattern was always the same: good crews did good work, but nobody owned the schedule. Homeowners got an optimistic start date, a vague price, and a phone number that stopped answering around week three.
We built this company around fixing that specific problem. Every Newpro project gets one project manager who walks the job at the start, holds the trades to a written sequence, and is still the person answering your call at the punch list. Not a call center. Not a salesperson who disappears after the contract is signed.
Twelve years later, we do three kinds of work: residential remodeling for homeowners across northern New Jersey, commercial buildouts for business owners, and medical and dental office construction for practices that cannot afford to close their doors. They look different on paper, but they all come down to the same thing — sequencing trades around people who are still living or working in the building.
Most of our work now comes from repeat clients, referrals from past clients, and the architects and realtors who have watched us finish. That is the only marketing strategy we have ever really had.
